I am so let down and disappointed with this Veterinary Surgery. We have attended for 10 years with two dogs, spending thousands over the years. When we needed them the most, in our saddest grief of having to euthanize our beloved dog, they let us down by stating they were booked and couldn't take us, even though I rang when they first opened for the day. The decision to make this heartbreaking choice was because our dog had deteriorated so much overnight and was not good at all and suffering, so it wasn't something we could have anticipated and called ahead to book in at a suitable time.
I had to spend the morning ringing around to find another vet, somewhere us or our dog would not be familiar with as we had been loyal customers to this vet only.
One place said how very sorry they were but only had 1 vet on today and were booked, but gave us 2 names and looked up the phone numbers for us to try. Failing that they said we could come in first thing the next morning. After ringing another vet I rang them back and said could you please book us in for the morning then. This was devastating to us as we knew it would be prolonging his suffering and we would all have another bad night, but felt they seemed caring so made the decision to go there. Right away they said, no, we can't have you go through another night like you did with him, not fair to him or you, so I will just put you in at the end of the day and he can take 1 more patient.
We attended there and were welcomed with hugs and warmth and our dear boy had a lovely peaceful passing by a kind caring vet.
They even checked back with us on Monday to see how we went over the weekend without him and said they were thinking of us.
Bli Bli Vet Nothing, no call the next day asking if we needed an appointment yet or anything. I guess we are of no use to them anymore as they wouldn't be getting any more money out of us so that's it.
Very Very disappointed with the lack of care and concern shown us.

Honestly used to be the only vet i would recommend anyone but after my last few visits and seeing a whole different vet surgery i just cant go back, took my pup in for a suspicious lump and an injection and the vet felt like all she was there to do was add more and more to my bill trying to make me feel guilty for passing up on things my pup clearly didnt need and making my bill bigger and bigger. On top of all that its just way too expensive in general, im talking $300 bills that when i see a new vet am barely paying $140 for the exact same treatments. Just cannot recommend them anymore.

Beautiful Staff. Easy to find. Those amazing art works on the fence . You can’t miss them. No long wait times. My puppy loved all the extra treats she was spoilt with 🩵

Very friendly and helpful. My dog enjoyed puppy school and looks forward to going back there. Especially for the liver treats.
I appreciate the reminders when my dog is due for her communications and worm tablets.

We highly recommend Bli Bli Vets. They looked after our cats and dog for years. Could not have asked for better care from them. Appreciate the lovely card we received from them after our dog passed away this month.
