Highly recommend this practice. The reception team are always so helpful and the nursing staff are always so kind and friendly. Special mention to Naomi and Violet who we saw today - very hard to make an unpleasant experience (getting 6 month vaccinations) pleasant but somehow they managed to! They were great with my son, and also with my other children who I had with me. Dr Luke is very thorough and efficient and provides a great level of care.

Honestly medical centers are generally pretty shit to begin with. How ever thus center has always been friendly, doctors are awesome they listen and literally sit there and answer all of the questions and concerns you may have.m for a medical center you really can't complain

I found the surgery to be very well set up. Pleasant and comfortable. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. The nurse whom I had to see was thorough, and friendly.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for several years, I’ve seen a variety of doctors, but I currently see Emma and Kate, who are both amazing and attentive. They truly take the time to listen and address my concerns.

I did have one unfortunate phone consultation with a doctor that didn’t go well, but I was impressed with how seriously the reception team took my complaint. They listened and ensured I felt heard, which made a significant difference.

The reception staff are consistently fantastic—always welcoming and helpful. The nurses are also a highlight; they’re not just professional, but also incredibly warm and often bring humour into the visits. Highly recommend!

I took my teenage son to an appointment with Dr Luke as my son had a number of concerns he wanted to ask the Doctor about. Dr Luke listened patiently, was thorough and provided answers and easy to understand explanations for all of my son’s concerns. My son left the surgery feeling very reassured.
