We attended Blessed Blue event recently and it was amazing experience. Highly recommend. Hayley has very warm, grounding energy and creates a beautiful space for everyone to unfold. Delicious cacao, connection practices, thoughtful exercises and powerful breathwork session. Bonus: you will not leave hungry as there was such a great selection of snacks 😆

I have been blessed to attend two of the Blessed Blue Urban Retreats and they have been nothing short of transformational. It’s hard to put into words just how life altering they have been for me.

As someone who has done a vast amount of breathwork, energy healing, spiritual practices, and attended many spiritual events, this space is different. It’s special.

Hale has created a beautiful space that incorporates breathwork with spiritual practices, cacao medicine, and an expansive community. The biggest thing I’ve noticed though is how emotionally and energetically SAFE the space is which is something that is missing in so many spiritual spaces. There is conscious intention and protection. That energetically clean environment ultimately allows your highest self to really channel through.

My first Blessed Blue event came at a time I was navigating a lot of self honesty coupled with grief and it gave me a safe space to feel it all and clear it out which heavily impacted my life and altered my path. I left feeling lighter, exposed yet held, and the hurt on my heart cleared. I connected with like minded humans that are now dear friends and we support each others growth.

My second Blessed Blue event anchored me into a deep sense of power and expansion and gave me a safe space to clear out the final remnants of fears and doubts standing in the way of my disgustingly huge and destined potential. I could not be more grateful, and I know I was divinely guided to the Blessed Blue retreats.

I cannot reccomend Blessed Blue enough, Hale’s energy is powerful and transformative, and thus so are the spaces she enters and creates.
