The 2 receptionists doesn’t update patients regarding the wait. I assume she’s the senior receptionist that lacks customer service and was too loud.

Radiologist or the like (trainees) were nice though. They seems surprised the front staff did not update patients.

the lady who answered the phone was too rude, does she knows that we can pay?

Thank you for your time responding to my review. I found my interaction with your customer service disappointing and not reflective of the quality I expect from your services. As a paying customer, I anticipate professional and courteous service wherein she will not shout to customer (plus mentioning to look for another imaging center as it costly. does she knows that we can pay? We dont care about money as health is our main concern) She should know that. They(she) should know how to handle patients especially health is the main concern here.. If we called different line , she can transfer us to booking department but she hang up twice. Too rude, im in pain that time, but she added to the stress i am facing in that moment. Plus your line one is not working - I am waiting for more than an hour and no one answering the phone. As someone who values quality service and is willing to pay for it, I found the experience is lacking.

The staff are always so lovely and welcoming both in person and on the phone even during their busy periods. Ladies at reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Very professional and well run business.

Its my 3rd time to have pelvis ultrasound but its my first time to be in pain after the procedure that was done this afternoon the lady who did the procedure looks new. The first two procedures done yrs ago were good but this time i was a bit shocked the new lady was so careless she doesnt even care how i felt that im in too much pain and gives me trauma on going back there ever

Today I went to this place and there was rude lady with fake lashes, fake nails sorry for the language but she deserve this. How can she scream at me. There is way to tell people please come in a quê. But that lady chose to be rude in front of others. This lady is mannerless and expecting others to be patience but she forgot her own patience while talking to others. Go girl from here there are many deserving people looking for a job.
