I would give zero stars, if possible. I DO NOT recommend using this company. They will confirm your insurance information, but then demand you pay up front. They never ended up sending a claim to our insurance company. I tried to call the company but no one ever answers the phone. I should have know better. We paid $250. I filed a complaint with BBB and have had zero response from the company. Also, when we received the test the equipment, it needed to be charged with a random type of cord, which I had to hunt for in our personal collection of cords/chargers. This was despite the instructions stating the equipment would arrive fully charged. The results of the study sent to the ENT was only for 1 of the 2 days our son was asked to complete the study. A thorough 2 day report or at least a summary of the 2 days of data would have given a better understanding of the results.

Originally, I considered giving this place a 5/5 for how easy and convenient it was to use. However, I’ve decided to give them a 1/5. I was constantly harassed by the employee to make a payment and falsely informed of how much I had to pay. I was told it was a one time copay of $119 so I paid it once I had the money. Did my test and a month later getting a new bill for $119 on top of what I had paid to the month prior. Now they are telling me they can’t do anything about it and have to pay. I called my insurance and they told me the company should tell you how much you owe and that they provided me with false information and the company should be responsible for their mistakes. I’m posting this to warn others because they should provide you will all the information at once. I talked to the employee and he said “it’s a ONE TIME payment and you use the device for two night and send it back.” Truly upset that they are coming to me a month later to try and charge me the same amount. I just would have love to have been the truth from the start like I asked and made sure there wasn’t going to be any further payments as I am a college student working with what I got. I hope someone else finds this helpful because I don’t want you to go through what I am going through.

Hugo Sanchez was extremely helpful helping me set up the site. I am 76 and totally helpless when it comes to my Android. He was very professional as he talked to me through the setup. He was very precise giving me instructions. He was also very calm. My experience with him was wonderful. Hopefully the rest of my experience with Blackstone will be as professional.

I was having trouble connecting my device to the app. I called and spoke with Camilo, who had me download the correct app and walked me through the setup. He was amazing! However, up until this interaction, I have been less than pleased. They never filed my secondary insurance and no one will contact me regarding the secondary information or my $239 refund that I'm due.

My experience was frustrating in the extreme! I have a Android 11 phone. An attempt to down load Celeste failed. A call to Blackstone was no help but I was sent a link to an alternate APP which installed. After a night's sleep that APP gave me an option of "continue" or "discard". A call to Blackstone determined that Android 12 or later is required. My phone will not update to 12! Blackstone informed the other APP did not work with their systems. Why was I given it? A borrowed phone with Android 12 installed Celeste. After 8 hours of sleep the APP showed 2 hours 43 minutes of data. A call to Blackstone indicated they had 1 hour 53 minutes of data. Initially, I was told that was not enough then that was changed to be enough. I tried a second night. After 8 hours of sleep the APP showed 6 hours and 40 minutes of data but Blackstone only had 5 hours 46 minutes. No one could explain what happened to the other hour of data on each night. Every time I called I got different answers. The whole experience was an exercise of frustration and Blackstone confusion.
I do NOT recommend them!!

I had a great experience doing business with this company. I had technical difficulties at the beginning of testing, one phone call I got help right away. Very fast solving the problem. Sending back the test equipment was fast and easy, I was given everything I needed to get the equipment back to Blackstone with no confusion. Verify the receipt of there equipment was easy, Paulina Silva and Hugo Sanchez was very helpful over the phone. Both answered my questions and made sure all information was sent to my physician and to my email. Thank you for your professional support… Debra

I was referred to this company and when I initially spoke to them, negotiated a price down to $200 from the original $250 that they wanted. They sent me the test to which I did and sent back to them. A few days later they said they had received it and would have the results in a few days. Approximately a month later I was informed that the test results were not valid and I would have to re take the test at no charge. I finally re-took the test and I have still not seen any results after a month plus they are now harassing me everyday wanting me to pay an additional $50. They said whoever told me that I could only pay $200 for the test initially didn't have the authority to tell me that. I said that's not my fault. This seems to be just a scam of a medical service. What they even send you is no more than a simple o2 monitor and pulse rate monitor combined. Very cheap product for what they are trying to charge. I would recommend going to a real sleep doctor.

My experience was entirely positive. Albert arranged the shipment and explained the return procedure. Nathalie provided help when the app did not reflect the second night’s data. She was able to confirm that it had been recorded and saved me considerable effort. Much appreciated.
