Kirsten has has been fantastic for our business. Since Kirsten came on board, we have been able to double the business revenue and have increased our profitability and efficiency, and Kirsten has been a massive part of that process. She is constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency and improve revenue and keeps motivating us with a sense of purpose and belief.

As a new business owner, we have really benefited from Kirsten’s knowledge and experience in how to run a business and her knowledge of bookkeeping and systems has been very helpful. She understands business and is well-connected in business circles. She is always trying to find solutions to help us and she has been a great help, a great advocate, and she is more than just a bookkeeper to us.

It has been so great to constantly have our records up to date and know exactly where our business is at. Knowing Kirsten is managing our financial obligations, has allowed us to concentrate on improving our operations and it has also allowed us the confidence to launch a new business arm. It is always comforting knowing that our bills and payments are in order, our suppliers are being paid on time, and not being overpaid.

We wouldn’t be doing what we are doing without Kirsten. Most of our systems have all been because of Kirsten, and what she has done has allowed us to grow and scale the business so quickly. She’s amazing, she constantly goes above and beyond what a normal person would do. She really cares about our business, and she has guided us so well with her advice and weekly catch-ups and pep-talks. Kirsten (and her team) are an integral part of our business and our success and I can't speak any more highly about what she has done for us.

Implementing a completely new system (Xero), well that was huge for our organisation, and Kirsten was instrumental in that process. After losing all our staff we needed a system that we could use virtually and remotely, and not just for the management team and the committee, but also for the auditors. Ironically if we had've had Kirsten and the system, when we had staff we wouldn’t have needed so many staff to run the organisation.

Right from the start Kirsten has been fantastic, and whilst the system has been great, it all needs to be properly maintained and Kirsten has done that very well. The last two audits have gone really smoothly, and I don’t think the auditors asked me a single question last year following Kirsten’s involvement, and I don’t think I’ve ever known that before.

Her use and knowledge of technology is key, not just with Xero, but with other cloud-based apps and the Google suite of software that she has introduced, and as an organisation and management committee we now couldn’t do our jobs without Kirsten or these systems.
