This is an amazing service, I've always struggled to find a good GP and I am very happy with how they conduct themselves. This is by far one of the most welcoming and non-judgemental clinics I've been to. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great experience Birtinya Medical team 🙂

Travelling and away from our usual medical support, we found the Birtinya Medical Centre. The whole process from booking through to nurse and finally doctor consultation was very efficient. We had a same day appointment and the doctor was professional and caring, my husband received advice and treatment and the day after is feeling much improved. Thanks to all, would highly recommend.

We have recently joined the practice with our new born son. The nursing team have been friendly and supportive with clear communication. The admin staff have been helpful and accomadating. Dr Stanton has a great bedside manner, is knowledgable and it feels like going to an an old school GP practice where they want to get to know you and your family. Thank you!

I asked for an urgent appointment, and Heather the receptionist was very understanding and empathetic. The practice was able to help accommodate an appointment for me luckily on the same day.

They were very thorough, and gave me reassuring and clear advice. Good GPs and practices are something to hold on to, and would highly recommend this experienced group!!

Having relocated to Sunshine Coast, my husband and I are so lucky to have found such a great GP. Anthony is so thorough and very easy to talk to. Jane and Lucy are amazing nurses and make everyone feel welcome. Who ever is on reception are always professional and friendly. All the Team are friendly, helpful and we feel a true sense of having found a family practice.

Doctors and nurse were super lovely but despite HotDoc and their website claiming a rebate and discounted fee would be provided for concession card holders I was told I still had to pay the full amount and would only receive the normal Medicare rebate. I understand that things change but I only attended this clinic because of the discounted charge as money is tight, so it was a bit disappointing. So keep in mind if you’re booking here as someone with a concession or pension.

Took my son to see Dr. Stanton today, best GP visit I have had. No wait time and he took the time and care to examine my son thoroughly and explain everything in detail. I didn’t feel brushed off and walked out with a clear diagnoses and set of instructions for care.
Highly recommend.
