Denise, the receptionist (medical admin), and Dr. Ali are outstanding professionals. They go above and beyond in their work and are always a pleasure to interact with. However, I must admit that I struggled to be understanding in some situations, as there are a few individuals who seem to be in the wrong role. I’m sure you can identify them quickly, as they are right beside you.

Lastly, I hope the younger generation can learn from and carry forward the exceptional service that Dr. Ali and Denise provide, making a meaningful difference in our community, just as they do.

We have been going here for over a decade now - even the times when we lived further away and would be much easier to find a closer practice. The wait times can be frustrating but it is because the doctors are very thorough and never make you feel rushed. Thank you to all the staff!

the receptionist is the most obnoxious and rude person i have ever come across in that position, of course that’s only if you’re a person of colour. if you’re aussie/ white, you’re fine! ironic since she works for people of colour. if my mascara was that clumpy i would not be acting like her. if you cannot handle being a receptionist, retire!

dr ali? most unprofessional doctor ever, no one asks yet he still decides to give non medical opinions on one’s life and language. learn what dialects are, padarnalat! the medical board of australia should have a look at this place, specifically dr ali, his prescriptions and dosages.

Dr. Ali is a really incredible doctor. He has taken great care of my health for the last 11 years. He is lovely to speak with, he puts me at ease and makes me feel very comfortable every time I see him. At each appointment, he takes his time to examine and explain my conditions to me. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such vast knowledge and experience with genuine concern and integrity. I highly recommend becoming his patient.

Had an appointment with dr.Talib Al-Jumaily as my testosterone level was too low in a all my blood test results and my gp sent me to see him as a specialist. What a doctor to tell me yes its pretty low and you definitely need medication but i dont write a prescription so you should go and find it at the gym from the dealers. 🤬
