Highly recommend Biala Peninsula. Our therapists have been nurturing and supportive for my 7 year old. Communication and professionalism has been to a high standard. My child looks forward to their engaging sessions and we have seen amazing development thanks to the support of the Biala team!

As a parent, I’ve been disappointed with the services at Biala Peninsula. The therapy sessions feel poorly planned, with the same repetitive activities being used over and over again. There’s little to no effort to make the sessions engaging or tailored to my child’s interests, which makes it hard for them to stay focused or enjoy the experience. It honestly feels like the therapists are just going through the motions.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication and connection with parents. There’s very little effort to build rapport or involve us in the process, which leaves me feeling excluded and undervalued as part of my child’s support team. It’s disheartening because as a parent, you want to feel that your child’s needs are being prioritised, and that’s not the impression I’ve had here.

Overall, I expected a lot more from a service that’s supposed to specialise in supporting children. There needs to be more thought, effort, and care put into both the therapy sessions and the relationships with families. Right now, it’s falling far short of what children and parents deserve.

We have attended Biala peninsula for 6 months now participating in both "Play together" playgroup and OT.
We have had the best experience!
The staff are so neuro affirming, kind and patient with both my son and myself. We have seen so much progress in my son, he's so happy to go to sessions as well.
This is the BEST clinic we have attended (and we have tried a few).

Very Poor communication from the company itself.
And as for the OT we were working with, extremely unprofessional. My childs privacy was breached sharing personal information to other clients, lying to me and no care shown towards my child. Although this is not a direct impact from the company it doesnt shine a good light on them if this is there staff. And my emailed has so far been ignored.

This is a wonderful organisation that is child centred and therapeutic. The therapists are warm and nurturing and being at Biala always feels like a warm hug.

The mother of my child has medical records stats her capabilities and responsibilities required of a parent also that of a carer are NOT that of the levels required, This place excluded me without notification had No legal documentation or rights in that Action. Parenting responsibilities Not met with a None attendance for 8 months !! 13 of Physiotherapy !! Over 120 therapy session maltreatment in a Autistic child’s crucial early intervention developmental age of his life.. Causing long term developmental damage to my son !! Yet this place thinks that it’s ok for a mother to do that to a child! Their Report to the Department Child Protection state this type of maltreatment to neglect is ok with , as they DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT MY CHILDS SUFFERING !! I will never forgive this place.
I will take court action if any person or therapists from Biala Peninsula go s anywhere near my child again.
