Been waiting for Dr Richard to see my child for eczema as Dr le may/may not be returning. Been waiting for 1hr and 20 minutes and in that time he's only seen ONE patient! Am still waiting.

we've been a patient of dr le for over 10 years and hence had no choice but to come.

Dr Le should've given his patients to another doctor.

The older female receptionist is rude, inappropriate and has no idea of urgency. First time we went there, it took her 20 minutes to get 3 bottles of cream. I thought she was making it to order but no, she just has no consideration for patients. The second time I went, the younger lady, who is lovely, grabbed them in 30 seconds. The first time I met Dr Lee for eczema treatment, I found him knowledgeable and passionate but the second time I went, I realised he is just pushing his non government approval bight yellow turmeric steroid cream. He did not want to listen to the patient and came across as arrogant and condescending. The centre is falling apart with structural cracks, filthy walls and stained ceilings. As a “professional” service, it looks so dodgy that one would question their hygiene practices. Only reason for two stars is the polite and friendly service received from the young receptionist and apart from looking bright yellow, the cream has done something but not completely eradicated like Dr Lee said it would. Otherwise, I would have given 1 stat.

This review is based on years of experience with the reception staff and the experience has been the same throughout all my time coming to this medical centre. The reception staff is the worst reception staff that I have experienced, I will approach the front counter and they will always act as if I'm not there, and then when it comes time to being seen by reception it is always met with clear reluctance. I don't usually go out of my way to post reviews but this visit made me want to put my 2 cents in. I ordered the Clark AV cream and lotion, usually they would get off their chair for 30 seconds and get the product off the shelf but for some reason they thought it was ideal to make me take a seat, this has never happened before because it usually takes 30 seconds, but I had asked how long will I have to wait because that information wasn't given to me and the reception said it would take 5-10 minutes. The product didnt needed to be freshly made, I wasn't waiting for a doctor, I was literally just waiting for the vietnamese lady to walk to the shelf for 10 seconds and then come back and it took 10 minutes. I always come here for the compound creams because they work for me, the doctor I see when I need to see them is good, it's just always a pain in the ass to tolerate the attitude that comes from being handled by the reception staff.

The receptionist are extremely rude, will always try to assert authority over facts. Dr. Venus low tells u everything from google search and believe me nothing works after even after 5 appointments, she makes u wait over an hour, so always show up 45 minutes later than ur appointment time. Avoid Dr lee he sells u $15 creme for $110. I don’t know who to contact but i will make sure Australian health board hears from me. They need to examine these so called doctors.

It has always been a positive experience. I like the appointment syste, very systematic and organised. I highly recommend Dr Lee. My kids skin conditions have improved with with his treatment.
I also highly recommend Dr Tania Alam. She is a very good doctor very patient, listens to all the issues and suggests treatment and tests accordingly. Highly recommend.

My wife came to receiptionst waiting for about 10 minutes. I'm with her at the clinic. In between, the two receiptionsts were talking between them, ignoring two patients were in line waiting to see them. Their duties are to attend the patients. These two receptionists have the attitude that these patients will be here to see the doctors, they will wait. After my wife's intervation, one receiptionst talked to her.
We understand from the reviews (website) that there are so many complaints about the receptionist in reviews.
Your answers were given that please contact the given number - I know this number is received by the receptionist. But there is no guidance to whom to contact.
This implies that you don't want to resolve any of these complaints. There will be no resolutions despite so many complaints.

My baby daughter was suffering from oozing eczema on head. She was on steroid ointment for a month and there was little to no improvement. I'm so grateful we found Dr Le because only after a few days, her eczema was completely cured with no side effects and she was a happy and rested baby.

Lovely girls very polite and always smiling...that's how they should be especially when you feeling under the weather sp to speak...and the drs are soo polite...and Lady Dr V Lu is Amazing...bless them all :))
