I had my blood collected today and Maria was great in what she do, it was fast and efficient and didnt leave me marks afterwards. Easy to book and did the morning appointment and didnt have to wait long for Dr Islam to attend me to. Happy with the services and the receptionist is also extra helpful! ☺️

Dr. Farhana is the worst doctor I've ever come across. I've never been treated with such disdain. The other doctors are great and I feel bad giving a one star for one appointment but this is how displeased I was with my last visit

I went and saw Dr Afeefa recently. I had the flu and it was getting really bad. In the consultation she didn't take my blood pressure and didn't listen to my chest even though I had a terrible cough.
She prescribed me antibiotics which had a 20% chance of me having a reaction to after having had a reaction to Amoxicillin 6 months ago. The pharmacist picked up on this and I was able to go and get the script charged.
The new antibiotic she gave me cefuroxime has a strictly no alcohol warning. I found this online where it said. The doctor should stress that no alcohol is allowed while taking cefuroxime or its congeners. I would think that this is something that should've been brought to my attention not left for me to find out for myself.

"The doctors at the clinic are wonderful, and the facility is great. However, I’ve encountered an issue with one of the receptionists, who hasn’t been very helpful. I continue to receive messages from HotDoc asking me to contact the clinic, so I called to check if my test results have arrived in order to schedule an appointment with the doctor. The receptionist told me that if I had tests done and believe the results have arrived, I should simply make an appointment to see the doctor. However, if the message is referring to a previous test I’ve already discussed with the doctor, I should just ignore it.

I then asked whether the reception staff would be notified when test results are received, and she responded that they would not. When I asked to speak with someone else for further clarification, she informed me that no one else was available.

I don’t think this is the correct procedure, and I would appreciate a response from the clinic regarding this matter.".
