If I could give zero stars I would. Worst skin check I've ever had. Entered for my appt at 11am and left at 12.10pm in tears. The doctors bedside manner was atrocious. He literally only looked at my face twice in the total 10 minutes of interaction I had with him. Once when he was checking it and the second time when I did not immediately lean forward after he had motioned I should do so on his second attempt at biopsy. He said " this needs to be biopsied" i said "oh.. okay" and he jabbed a local anaesthetic into my chest without asking for or waiting for any consent then left. He returned 20 minutes later to perform the biopsy. Began the procedure without checking if the local had worked and after I flinched said "Oh did you feel that, I'll get you another local" jammed another local into my chest again without asking if thats what i wanted, went away for another 20 minutes and when he came back, the local still hadn't worked or had worn off again and he said "I can't give you anymore you're just going to have to deal with it" and performed the procedure with no further conversation. It was an incredibly dehumanising experience. It was a skin check and simple biopsy. I will never go back not even for biopsy results and highly advise not to use this clinic. The reception staff are lovely but can not make up for the total lack of care and bedside manner by the doctors at this place. Picture was taken in the second lot of waiting after he had tried to start the biopsy and given me a second local and left again.

Wish I read the reviews first. Dr Jaydeep Ubeja wouldn't even look at me, no warmth at all in any interaction it was like I was an inconvenience. How quickly he looked over me had me question whether he even saw anything. He asked if I had any concerning skin spots, when I said yes and explained where the spot was he was standing at his desk, I was on the bed about 4 metres away from there he glanced at me and said "that's nothing to be concerned about" . From 4 metres away?! I don't feel at all confident that I was properly checked over and when he did look closely at my body it was so fast it felt ridiculous. Definitely just felt like he wanted a quick paycheck. Now I feel like I should go get a second check elsewhere.

I would definitely give a 0 star if it was a option but sadly its not. Let me start by saying the only good thing about this clinic is the admin staff , they are mostly helpful and behave nicely and treat you like humans in need of help.

I have seen Dr. Sunita in the clinic many times . I still feel bad that I spent my 20 weeks of pregnancy visiting her . She absolutely made me feel irrelevant and most insensitive Dr. I have ever seen. She would never ask me how I was feeling but always will speak so rudely.

Firstly being from Indian background she kept saying how she doesnt like the system in India and how things are better here, she didn't even look at my USounds that I had to do In India in beginning of my pregnancy as I was overseas visiting my family. She told me to put them in garbage and didn't even bother to take a glance and said she doesn't like how things work in India. Whereas people also give birth to babies there and have all the medical services, so that was a very lame comment.

She was so rude to me and my husband that I ended up crying after one of the appointments outside the clinic but she has always been same.
I also asked her several times that if I can transfer to hospital for my midwife visits but she kept denying and said usually they refer after 20 weeks and When I finally started visiting midwives in hospital they said that I was late for visit and I have missed my appointments. Better health seem very greedy for money and thats only thing they care about.

Looking at all reviews I am surprised as most of people are feeling this way and its their statndard practice now . Untill a few months before they would still ask to wear mask wheras its not mandatory in most places.

I am so adamant that I will never ever visit them that I started people around if they would recommend any GP as we need to find one now that we are having a baby and we need to see somone after he is born and I am absolutely not taking my children to these insensitive drs.

Dr. sunita also pitched me going to private hospital instead of public as she said she knows many good obgyn there wheras I had a very low risk pregnancy and I didn't need any special care and we wanted to gp to nearest hospital possible.
I wanted to take benefit of MGP services as I wanted to have a natural birth and I thought I will qualify for the home services and she made fun of me saying that " this is not India and there is no midwife visits here and that i had wrong info". When I finally transferred to hospital and asked for MGP services I found out I was very late to ask for this and people usually enroll by beginning of their pregnancy and I totally blame Dr Sunita for giving me false information and I couldn't take benefit of such amazing service.

When we did our NIPT test we told her that can you please not tell us the gender and instead put it in an envelope. Her statement was " this is not india that we will hide gender and she cant take responsibility of not telling us because it might slip out of her " . Next appointment we came we already made our mind that we will know the gender and thats the time she said "oh i can hide if you want from my hand ". This is completely non sense . You cant play with anyone's emotions like that.

If you book telehealth with Dr. Sunita she will only talk to you for 5 seconds and next moment they will call back for payments and take full money for no reason. I have no idea how this clinic is still running , absolutely worst service in my whole experience in Australia.

Please if you want to be treated well and want to see a doctor with some empathy please don't visit them as it can seriously impact your mental health.

Worst “doctors” around Dr Sunita Ubeja has 0 cares and we are just a number. I went there with severe tonsillitis and she said I don’t think so you would have Covid if anything and sent me for a Covid test . Went to another doctor and they straight away put me on antibiotics for you guess it tonsillitis.
She was rude and just cared about how long it had been since I had seen them last . The place is obsessed with Covid and seems to be the only things they are actually worried about . When she examined me for a whole 3 seconds I said I have a sensitive gag reflex so sorry she said I have to do it just don’t cough in my face. I am planning on reporting them to someone . They need to stop this malpractice . Charged $75 for a total of not even 2 full minutes. Scammers

These doctors are so un professional and I have been to this doctor practitioner twice and would not recommend them for any help regarding health issues. I have had diagnosed with second opinion from a different doctor when I was told I was ok 3 weeks after the second opinion I was in hospital for 3 weeks for a lung operation paying a massive doctor fee and telling me I I was ok in pain to get no referrals or checking me over it was terrifying to say I had tubes out of my lungs for 2 weeks lucky enough the second opinion. Now I was referred to them for a work injury when I fell off a 6 ft ladder jolted my spine and that same day had a certificate of competency to go back to work with a fractured spine .

If you need any care regarding womans health DO NOT use this centre!
Dr Sunita Ubeja has zero bedside manner. She was completely insensitive, unprofessional, rude, cold & completely disregarded my daughters feelings, telling her she was "uptight" several times and told her if she didn't stop being so "uptight" she wouldn't be able to complete the pap smear.
She was annoyed & repeatedly asked "why are you so uptight!?"
My daughter was distraught and traumatised by how she was treated. Dr Sunita Ubeja has no idea of what her female patients have experienced in their lives.
Dr Sunita Ubeja is the very reason woman put off this very personal & extremely important examination.
She should be ashamed of herself! I wish I had read the centres reviews before suggesting it to my daughter.
To be avoided!!!

I was extremely happy with the medical advice provided by Dr Ubeja. She was concise and communicated with me in simple lay-man terms rather than providing medical jargon. Would certainly be recommending this practice to anyone that needs a GP with ample experience and great communication skills.
