Eric was so helpful to me during my sessions. All my concerns and issues have been addressed. He's very professional and attentive. I have hips, lower back and neck pains (probably due to mild osteoarthritis) that's been there for years already but when Eric assessed me and advised what exercises are applicable, then muscles started to loosened up. I feel much better and flexible.Just need to keep up and maintain these exercises. Couldn't be happier with Better Health Solutions' professionalism. Highly recommended. ?

I have been struggling with tendonitis from my right hand.
Eric, a physiotherapist, has been amazing, showing me and helping me to get better by doing a few exercises with him at the clinic and at my home.
After several sessions with Eric, my right hand is better. I am able to move my hand without feeling pain and do movements that I could not do before due to the pain on the wrist and top arm.

I would definately recommend Eric - from Better Health Solutions for any type of physiotherapy.

Western Sydney is lucky to have such an amazing gym filled with the best equipment, space and community. No other gym i would prefer to train but at BETTER.

Had a car accident 2 years ago and been working with Erik for around a year and he has helped so much, from how to avoid using damaged nerve and muscle, how to use machines without causing more damage, at home exercise to straighten muscle or help with balance with damaged leg, I’d 100% recommend him to anyone

Let me say firstly I have no vested interest in reviewing this organisation. Short story I was injured at work which turned into a bit of a marathon. Multiple appointments an operation. The company was working out of my Doctors Medical Centre and he recommended them it was convenient so basically thought why not? Eric who looked after me over the duration listened and is very skilled. I have over the course of my lifetime dealt with many Physio’s and some who think a TENS unit cures all.Not the case here, not only has he helped me to heal he had my back when I was being pushed too quickly by those just wanted me back to work.I am now back at work full time and about to resume my normal lifestyle. Thanks to Eric personally for his patience and understanding the complexity of my injury.To all at his organisation keep your ethos you all made a difference and aided my recovery. Would I recommend them absolutely without hesitation and wish them continued success
