We recently purchased a Hawaiian Hydro Spa from Beta Wellness Spas, and while it took a little longer to arrive than expected, it was well worth the wait! The team handled everything smoothly, putting it in place and getting it up and running in no time. Craig was great, he walked us through the setup and made sure we knew how to use it properly.

Now that it's up and bubbling, it’s exactly what we were hoping for! The jets are powerful, the heat is spot-on, and it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, we’re super happy with the spa and the service.

Would definitely recommend Beta Wellness Spas if you’re looking for a quality spa and solid customer support!

We purchased a "Fun for Three" spa from Beta Wellness last year to go onto a roof top apartment complex, 6 floors up.
The service and communications we have received from David, cannot be faulted. He is always happy to answer any questions or concerns and the recommendation of SLS Cranes to do the "lift up" was very much appreciated. Both Riley from SLS Cranes & Lyle on his behalf were top notch & easy to deal with. We purchased a spa over 5 years ago and have been extremely happy with the spa itself, and any products purchased from Beta Wellness over the time. The service and advise is always top notch and we highly recommend them. I must add that the new location looks awesome, and wish you all success in your new home continuing the top service on the sunshine coast as you have done over the past 7 years.

Warning dont purchase an oasis spa!!!
The touch screens will fault within 2 - 3 years and leave you with a bath tub. The cpu and circut board is fine. You just cant turn your spa on. OASIS Leisure Products will ask for pictures and then blame you.
The replacement touch screen is $995.00. The problem is in all markets overseas. 10% of the purchase price every 2 years not at all acceptable. Very poor customer service!!!

I recently purchased a brand new spa from Beta Spa and Wellness in Kawana, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The spa was delivered, put in place, and wired up, ready to go. However, upon filling it, I discovered a leak. I contacted the company, and they claimed it would be fixed under warranty.

When their team came out, they found a crack in one of the jets and had to hack away at the brand new spa to replace it. They then found the same problem with another jet and replaced that too. The aftercare has been non-existent. We never received a proper handover or any detailed instructions on using the spa. Instead, I got a brief phone call telling me to use a teaspoon of this and a tablespoon of that—just the bare minimum and no real support.

To make matters worse, after replacing the jets, they didn't even fill the spa back up to ensure the leaks were fixed. This company says all the right things until they have your money. I would definitely not waste my money with Beta Spa and Wellness again.

Was a pleasure to meet the owners today who came out and did hand over for our new spa. very friendly and professional attitude. Time and patience was shown when setting up the Wi-Fi system. The Service of this Company is outstanding, with our Spa held up on a slow boat from China, the Regional Manager provided a loan spa for a few weeks until ours arrived. Great Customer Service and the Spa is awesome.
