I have been seeing Dr Kashif who has a chair that helps bladder controll.
I was going to the toilet 6 times a night, and using incontinence pads daily and nightly. I was exhausted, Dr Kashif said to try her chair, at about 4 to 6 weeks I started feeling an improvement.
I go once a night now to the toilet and can hold when urgency happens, and saving money on incontinence pads. I feel like I have a life back . I can not thank her enough, anyone out there with bladder or bowel incontinence please try this innovative idea.

In the afternoon (16/10), my husband called to book a blood test for my week of 26-28 pregnancy. However, because of my family health history, the midwife gave us also an early blood test for the week of 16-18. For the week 26-28 test, the midwife said that we need to book an appointment. But for the week 16-18, we could just walk in. When I was at Pakenham clinic, I couldn't do the test because the test required fasting. So I have to have the test on another day. I am not sure if I have a test at Berwick Healthcare, they will allow me to walk in. So I asked my husband to call back to ask if it was okay to walk in for my earlier test. A staff said that if I had an earlier test, we did not need the test in weeks 26-28. My husband tried to explain that those 2 tests were different. She unprofessional disrupted what my husband was explaining. It was about 4.53 pm-4.55 pm, I knew it was about to close. But if the staff told us she was in a hurry, and asked if we could call back, we would be happy to. However, her voice was a bit rushed and rude. She asked my husband ‘WHAT DO YOU WANT?’.
I do not understand why a healthcare worker could have this behaviour. That is really sad and disappointed.

I've seen a few different people here, Dr Zaw, Dr Kashif and Nurse Mel. All have been very helpful, thorough and pleasant to deal with.

I've used this clinic for years. However, service and consideration seems to have gone downhill. Hopefully, unintentionally. Requiring appointments is fine, but uphold your end of the bargain. A patient/customer shouldn't be expected to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for an appointment especially when that patient/customer upheld their end of the agreement by arriving on time. Granted, some appointments go over the usual 15-20 minutes. But, 1 hour and 20 minutes is simply unacceptable. A General Practitioner offering a simple apology is not enough. There was no conversation, nor apology, from admin staff until I questioned the time myself. There was no effort made to offer an appointment with another GP, nor an offer to postpone/reschedule the appointment. Nothing, except for a complete disregard on the clinic's part. This was the only clinic I would attend with my kids in Berwick and I was comfortable with the relationship built with my GP over the years. It's a shame really.
