I have been seeing Cindy for several weeks to assist me with a very tight group of muscles in my hip/buttock area. It has been stopping my body moving freely and can be quite painful at times. I know it's not a quick fix as it has been building up for years. Cindy has been systematically working through each related muscle tightness or affected tissue at each session. As a massage therapist, I know lots of people tell me they are not happy with their physios, as they don't do much hands on work. Well, I can't say that about Cindy. She is very diligent in her approach. She knows where to massage (although it can be painful at times !) to unlock the area, she has great observation of body mechanics and her exercise advise is spot on.
You can't expect a practitioner to magically fix a problem without making some effort in between visits, but it certainly helps you stay on track when you know that practitioner is guiding you in the right direction.
I have no hesitation recommending her.
Bertram Physiotherapy is a well facilitated Clinic. I am sure they can be of great assistance to anyone in need of physio work.

Honestly don't even bother going anywhere else. Was told after my knee injury I'd have to give up my job and playing all sport. I'm now almost back to doing full duties at my job and playing sport is now a small chance. Plus the staff are super friendly and also allowed me to bring my son so I wouldn't miss my appointment. Can't rave about these guys enough!

Five star service beginning from the initial call to deciding which provider to go with, all the way through to the professional clinical care provided. Friendly and welcoming reception staff and experienced and caring physios. I have seen significant positive progress under Andrew's intervention following a whiplash injury, and could not be more pleased with these results. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Bertram Physiotherapy highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by the friendly admin team, who always have a big smile on their face. The physio team themselves, are professional and knowledgeable and really take the team to understand your needs.
I have seen Cindy and Alex and each time have left feeling heard and in much less pain.
