I have been going here for years. The Admin staff are always working to the greatest of their ability to help patients, Drs and other staff. Often no breaks or time for a coffee even. The staff here from Admin, Nurses, Pathology, Drs all work their hardest for the well-being of their patients. I am personally thankful to each of them.

The staff are so lovely here, my original doctor moved across to this clinic and we followed. The nurses are wonderful when it comes to kids injections too which is a rare find. They can get quite busy at times but definitely still great service all round.

My husband and I have been going to Bertha Street for over 10 years. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. Nothing is too much trouble whether it is from the reception staff and nurses. We feel privileged that we have Dr Patten as our doctor. Dr Patten is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable and we have absolute trust in him.

Come to have my baby checked over and was left in the waiting room for 2 hours people who got there after us were seen before us, a whole waiting room was seen before us and even a few who had just turned up were seen before us . Reception staff were not helpful and rude, I advised after about and hour and a half my daughter was getting temps she was due for Panadol and all I got back was “ there’s one person in front of you” we live just up the road so I figured I wouldn’t need a bottle or to pack medicine as nobody expects to wait that long to see a doctor but I was definitely wrong, once we were finally seen my main focus was getting my sick and tired bub home. A Whole day wasted in the waiting room we were there from 11:30am to 1:45pm and by the end of it my baby was crying and screaming.

Never recommending
Had an appointment with one of their not so friendly doctors for my two year old daughter. Had to take the sample for my daughter myself and then was mum shamed after I told said doctor she wouldn’t take oral antibiotics and needed another solution. Real kicker was the $96 price tag attached to the appointment and that I had to drive out of my way to drop off the sample the doctor couldn’t be bothered to take.

Will never be coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to go there, absolutely scam of a place.

I have been a client of this medical centre for over 6 years. All medical,nursing and admin staff are highly knowledgeable providing wonderful service. As well appointments are always on time. This medical centre is one of the best.
