Dr Joe is an incredible GP. He takes the time to listen and doesn't rush you out the door to get to his next patient. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Had telehealth appt due to COVID for 1145, received call from reception at 5.20pm to say Dr will only call if you pay first. No apologies for being 5.5hrs Late!! No mention of prepayment when making the appointment. A complete lack of courtesy and professionalism here.

Terrible service! Daughter booked in for 9:30am, arrived before appointment time and sat waiting. After 30 mins of watching patients arrive and leave, I asked the receptionist what was happening who advised it was due to 'a glitch in the system'. There was one other patient waiting who the receptionist checked with and their appointment time was 10:15am (45 mins after ours). Approx 10 mins later, the Doctor my daughter is waiting to see called the 10:15am paitent. When I raised this with the receptionist she pointed to the glitch in the system.

This used to be a good clinic but not anymore. Admistration is below standard and disjointed. My had had a consult in Nov 2022, the GP said that she had to refer the matter to hospital. We assumed this had been done and was in the system but when we contacted the hospital in July 2023, (8 mths later), hospital said that the referral was never sent to them. Surely it is the responsibility of Berrimah Family Practice to ensure that referrals are received by the hospital. Tried to discuss this with the Manager at Berrimah Family Practice but she was not available, apparently working from home. I requested that she return my call immediately to remedy the referral issue but has not yet returned my call.

Excellent practice. Timely, caring and investigate problems, Dr Gill is through. As are the other doctors. Have taken various family members and always a good result. I saw one review where someone had to wait once. This can sometimes happen i guess if a patient presents with a serious illness. This is definitely a great practice.

Worst service, they said immunisation is free for 4 years old and charging for doctor's consultation, even without providing the vaccine. The receptionist was probably the rudest person you will ever find....don't know what they are doing... Good part was the Nurse only, she was helpful..1star for Nurse only...

My expereince with Dr Kanzul Ali was unfortunately terrible. Dr Ali doesn't seems to have adequate IT skills to find patients results that she should be able to find (I understand she is very old). Despite her incapability Dr Ali told me that I was waisting her time and told me I lied to her (?!) after waiting 1.5 hour over my appoitment time and being patient with her IT skills. I made complaints of her unprofessional behaviors to Health NT Gov Au. She defnitely requires PDs and refresh her skills and mind too.

Not sure why that old lady at reception is always so upset. Perhaps doctor can prescribe some antidepressants and Customer Service Training.
