I had to have X-rays and scans on my shoulder and elbow( bursars in both ) causing alot of pain.....Thank you to Trish and Doctor Woon ( I think his name was,apologies if that wasnt right) for their professional service! Every detail was explained to what was happening and it was done quickly and professionally ....would not hesitate to go back there if needed ! Thank you also to the front desk staff !

Great staff very caring and got us in the same day. Was told by gawler we had to wait over a week and it was classed as urgent so happy that munno could make time to see my daughter and Juluie-anne was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease.

After trying two benson clinics that were closer to home I couldn't get fitted in for an ultrasound for 3 weeks at either for reduced movement , The lovely receptionist at munno Parra placed me on hold moved some things around and got me fitted in the next day , I appreciated the gesture so much already being anxious about bub! The staff from reception and the lady who done my scan were all so friendly and helpful, really good customer service.

Was seen almost to the minute of my appointment time.
Ultrasound tech was very polite and professional!
Also very calming and sensitive to the treatment!

Doctor was very swift and efficient with treatment, making it relatively painless.

Only one star as the reception staff were lovely.
Had xray of lumbar spine, only, which was directed by Dr. Got report and went back to Dr for result's , Benson's only got halve result's right, the last piece of my result's was compared to my neck X-ray from last year. Had nothing to do with this visit, they got their L's and C's confused, conclusion , they stuffed up. Won't go to this one again.
So, here I am again. Rang the number supplied, told what to do, tried that. told the report will be rectified over a week ago. nothing. Still nothing..

I had left my referral at work, 300kms away. I called your reception and inquired if they had received an emailed copy from my Dr. The receptionist had a look but couldn't find it, which meant I would have needed to try and get another referral from my Dr's rooms. As I was on hold for my Dr's rooms your receptionist called me back and said she had found the referral on their system. I was most impressed that she persevered after my call and then called me back once she had found it. Top effort.

Reception Staff were friendly and welcoming. My appointment was on time. The 2 staff that attended me were so lovely, kind, respectful and explained everything really well. A very positive experience.

Doctor order scans in May before my surgery. Nearly a month later while at work, my surgeon phones me to ask me why I had not had my scans done. That was when I realised after nearly a month my scans had not been sent to the doctor.
