This was our first time here. We were able to get an appointment for our sick child with very short notice at night. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the doctor was excellent, taking the time not just to address our concern but also offer support with a previous issue that came up. Extra great that our child was bulk billed. Great experience.

I do not recommend coming here. I would like to say that the receptionist was absolutely lovely but that’s about the only positive aspect to this health centre. Went and saw this doctor after hours on today. The doctor hardly spoke English or maybe I could barely understand him. I was in that consultation room for no more than 5 minutes. I asked the doctor if he could prescribe me two medications I said them at seperate times within this consult but because he had printed out my first prescription he told me he cannot print another and I will need to re book. Uh excuse me?. I asked for a medical certificate that was all good but declining a second prescription because I didn’t say it at exactly the same time as the first request he said no. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable. Paid $80 for this experience definitely not worth it. Completely shocked. Would avoid at all costs.

I had to wait about an hour past my appointment time of 7.30pm to be seen by the doctor but he was friendly, very proffessional and factual about my symptoms. The reception area lady was friendly, efficient and helpful.
I think the doctors schedule was extremely full and at no point did he seem flusteted or dragging his feet. He was doing the best he could to see everyone in the waiting room as fast as he possibly could.

Dr Devaki Kirupananther is one of the best gp’s I’ve seen in Australia. She’s kind and helpful and doesn’t mess you around like I’ve had with other doctors. Receptionist staff are nice too. Only downside is there is often at less at a 30 min wait!

Your horrible receptionist lady was very rude. The department of transport had not received my medical certificate for nearly 2 weeks, and I asked her kindly to resend it to them so they could receive it with my name in the subject line as the department of transport had asked of me. I had to repeat this request to her 5 times as she kept on insisting that they should have received it. She finally said “yea I will” very rudely then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. For a request that takes 2 seconds to repeat you have some extremely lazy rude receptionists. I don’t usually leave reviews but to have to have been on hold for 30 min with DOT then have a response like that I am appalled.

Dr. Ullah is the best. He is trying to cure my dependency of clonazepam ( which was prescribed in another country) in every way that he can that even psychologist or psychiatrist wouldn’t do here in Australia. Thank you sooo much Sir, god bless you and your whole family.
