I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience with this practice, where I have been a patient for over five years.

I had a follow-up phone call with Dr. Lisa Crotty which lasted 6 minutes and 10 seconds.
To my dismay, I was then charged a full fee of $95 for this call. During this brief conversation, Dr. Crotty spent a significant portion of the time locating my previous results rather than discussing my new ones.

I had scheduled this follow-up due to receiving a text message from your practice, advising me to phone for my results.

Additionally, during this call, I requested to Dr. Crotty that my existing referral to my specialist be extended by another 12 months, considering my recent major surgery and the necessity for follow-up appointments falling outside the current referral period.
I had explicitly asked if this request was acceptable and was never informed that it would incur a full fee.

I contacted a local medical practice to inquire about their charges for similar services and was informed that there would be no charge for a follow-up call discussing results that the doctor had requested.

Furthermore, I have endured lengthy waiting periods, sometimes exceeding an hour, during my visits to your practice whilst being incredibly sick.
This only adds to my frustration and disappointment with the level of service provided.

I hope you understand my dissatisfaction with this situation.

I believe it is unreasonable and unfair to charge a full consultation fee under these circumstances.

I kindly suggest to review of this charge and reconsideration of your billing practices for follow-up consultations.
I would also highly encourage training especially for your admin staff Rhonda on her sarcastic and rude comments to what I was expressing and saying. At the end of the day, she is the one that works in customer service.

Amanda Pauley is brilliant. My baby had a severe tongue tie which he had released at the practice. I felt so heard supported by Amanda. She truly is a very special and caring person. I can now continue breastfeeding my baby without pain and my baby is much happier and healthier. Thank you so much Amanda, from Ivy and Banjo ?

I’ve heard great things about this practise helping babies with oral ties.

However, when I rang I was told “we only help mums who breast feed not bottle/formula feed, we can’t help your baby” that blew my mind! My baby has to be bottle fed because he didn’t latch and I had no milk supply, but he is also struggle with using a bottle as well. Why is a breastfed baby more important than a bottle fed baby? Should they not all be looked after with the same care? VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My baby was having trouble latching. Multiple health professionals just kept telling me to give her a bottle.
A friend recommended Amanda. Turns out my little girl had a tongue tie. It was snipped on the spot. The follow up support was amazing too.
We are now 10 months into our breastfeeding journey

Have done permanent damage to both my boys tongues, one that may not be repairable. Both my babies were only a few weeks old when this damage occurred and I’ve been left to deal with it alone ever since. Have ongoing issues with both of them. Have not had any help or support from them.
The support during the multiple releases was terrible. I was told that her husband had her phone overseas with him, that’s why I never got any response.
Highly recommend going elsewhere to get your child’s tongue tie release done.

Amazing work by both doctors, fixed my beautiful sons tongue tie. Took a few seconds and helped with all our questions. Really respected us as a young couple with very little knowledge. Thanks again Amanda ?
