Racism at its highest !!! To women in general told me I better of get a man to speak on my behalf , im 30 years old married im not a little girl. I took the car there for spark plugs and they destroyed my car at pick up the car was on emergency mode for GEAR BOX and all I got was laughing and maybe it’s gonna cost you thousands we didn’t do it to you “ is what I got as a response they clearly caused me a bigger issue to gain more money

I highly recommend George and the team at Belmore Motor Works. I've known George for years when he was at BMW Canterbury and followed him when he started Belmore Motor Works. I travel from north of Penrith to Belmore to have George service my BMW Z4 including any extra repairs. I've also had a warranty claim which was seamless. There have never been any surprises with costs either. Very trustworthy which is why I've been loyal and travel the distance.

Thank you so much to George and the team at Belmore Motor Works!

These guys are amazing they were able to quickly identify and fix an issue with my late-model BMW, which the dealership was unable to diagnose let alone fix after having my car for more than 2 weeks. I took it back and brought it straight to Belmore Motor Works and they sorted it out in no time.

This is the place to bring your car if you are after good honest mechanics who take pride in their work, and go over and above to make sure their customers are happy. And genuinely nice people to boot.

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Unfair Pricing

My recent encounter at Belmore Motor Works left me profoundly disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for the past five years, the service I received was marked by neglect and indifference.

Upon receiving a repair estimate ranging from $1100 to $2100 for my car, I explicitly requested to be kept informed if the cost approached the upper limit. However, I was shocked to receive a bill for $2100 without any prior notification. This lack of transparency and communication is simply unacceptable.

This incident is not an isolated one. Despite assurances of problem resolution during my last visit, I find myself grappling with the same issue again, raising serious doubts about the quality of their repairs.

As someone who entrusts both of my household cars to Belmore Motor Works, I anticipated better treatment and honesty in our transactions. I urge them to reconsider their pricing practices and address this matter satisfactorily. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored and dismissed. Regrettably, I cannot endorse their services to others.

Took my BMWX6 (oil leak) to George and his team after being frustrated with other repairers. Was tired of having the issue misdiagnosed, & charged for a fix that never helped the problem. After being recommended to take my car to George, straight away I was made to feel comfortable and respected as a customer. The problem was quickly diagnosed and although a major repair was required where the engine need to come out, I was confident that the job was in good hands. The upfront estimate provided was spot on and there were no surprises at any stage. Thanks George to you & your team, you have secured me as a long term customer.

A friend recommended Belmore Motor Works after I experienced difficulties with a BMW dealership. The first encounter saved a major misdiagnosis by BMW and consequently much cost. It was the best thing that could have happened for me.

I have since had various BMW’s maintained by George, Miro & Chris for many years. They are Customer focussed, experienced mechanics, upfront & really know about BMW’s. They are also very friendly & respectful. Their charges are realistic & very competitive versus BMW dealerships.

I find George & Miro to be very realistic & honest with their recommendations / solutions. Would not hesitate to recommend George & his team.
