This is a fantastic service. My mum started coming to Bellarine Hearing 20 years ago and I started 3 years ago. Great service and everything done with a smile and a warm welcome. I get everything done on a Govt plan.. so no cost to me. Excellent.

I've been a client/patient at this clinic for c. 10 years.
I have always found the staff and audiologists to be friendly, patient, considerrate and obliging.
Appointments are necessary.
Every effort is made to cater for various types and levels of hearing loss.
I have been completely satisfied with the professional service, that I have received.

I'd strongly advise any current or prospective customers to make sure you don't get ripped off by Bellarine Hearing. Husband and I both got ripped off on at least 3 separate occasions when we purchased earmoulds and tubings. We didn't realise we were being ripped off until they charged us $7 for a *single* tube (not a packet). We then investigated what other hearing providers were charging for tubing, and realised we'd been dudded. Other hearing providers either offered us the tubing for free or for $10 per packet of 6. And if you check prices online, you'll find the Oz prices are all around the 80c-$1.20 per tube range. And don't get me started on the earmould issue!

Walked in to have hearing aid tube replaced, and had to walk out unable to hear anything and they had the audacity to blame it on me saying it’s an old hearing aid! It was working perfectly fine when I walked in thanks!!

Can't really fault it. Hearing aids ARE expensive, even shopping online. Very helpful staff & friendly to boot.
