Outstanding service. All the doctors are just brilliant!! My GP, Dr Khan, is absolutely fantastic!! Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but the staff are always willing to chat, helping to pass the time!!

Did some tests that the doctor considered worthy of followup with MRI, but nobody bothered to contact me in any way to tell me that there was an issue of concern. Even when I called the practice, the manager told me they could not disclose any results via the phone or email. I had to actually go to the clinic. I was overseas at the time, and so this was not possible. In the end, I had to wait 3 months to get the results. I think this practice forgets that it is the patient that owns the results (as they relate to my body, and I paid for them), and so refusal to disclose them was essentially a kind of blackmail to come to the clinic and pay more money. I have no problems with the doctors at the clinic, but the admin staff, and especially the practice manager, are unhelpful, combative, and jeopardized my health with their stubborn refusal to even inform me that further tests needed to be done, even when I called up and specifically asked what was the result of the tests. Fortunately, my health issue was a false alarm, but if it wasn't and my treatment was delayed a few months due to the intransigence of the admin staff, they would be facing some serious legal problems.

Really disappointed with the service of this doctors clinic. I understand they might be busy but waiting 1 hour to be seen is ridiculous with no communication to patients about what’s happening. All it takes is a phone call to say the doctor is running behind, so that patients can spend their time not waiting in a waiting room.
