Such an amazing service offered. All of the nurses I’ve seen since I’ve been here have been incredible- that perfect combination of caring and knowledgeable. Sometimes you do have to wait a little bit, but I’ve noticed it’s got a lot better. Plus you can track wait times for all of the centres on the ACT health app, which is super helpful.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists on 27/6/24 at 5:45 pm. She was elderly, very condescending, and unhelpful. When I inquired about their support for work comp, she aggressively and rudely responded, "No, we don't. Your workplace should know better.” Her demeanor was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable in front of all the other patients waiting in line. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the clinic.

I can’t recommend more highly. I’ve used this service many times over the past few years for myself and kids. On every occasion I’ve found the staff to be excellent, attentive and thorough. A massive thank you to all staff. You are gems ?

The nurses there are so lovely. We have taken our son here twice. First time for stitches in his knee and the most recent one for a broken collarbone. We have been very satisfied with the treatment and advice. We also felt like the nurse last night even went beyond his usual duties and called us to check in.

The receptionist however can be a bit condescending and rude. I saw how differently she speaks to patients. She tends to yell and be very rude to other patients then would immediately switch to a calmer voice to caucasian patients. I don’t know why she does this

Great free service. Came on a Saturday morning to get stitches removed. Very quick and painless experience with an experienced and friendly nurse. They have nurses and nurse practitioners on hand to help you with a number of ailments when it's difficult to see your GP or you don't need to. I waited only about 10 minutes to see the nurse, only one person in the waiting room. Very clean and hygienic premises.

Tho the nurses were lovely, the particular lady in reception today was quite condescending and not a people-person at all. It's a walk-in centre, people who comes in are either sick or not having a bad day at all, and hearing a reception coldly responds to patients do not help. And please remind her of confidentiality, she was shouting birthdays and addresses like a public information.

Was extremely sick and had shortness of breath due to a viral infection, it was so bad that I couldn't speak. I arrived at 7.30am on Monday morning as soon as it opened, had to wait for a few mins. The nurse was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He took the time to explain my situation and gave me an inhaler to feel better. He also booked an appointment with a GP for me for another round of consultation to make sure I was fine. Was so impressed with the way it was handled and it was all for free! Thank you again 🙂
