Dr Bond has been my mother's GP over the span of several years. After hearing her speak of her recent visits to this practice and learning of the way in which her enquiries and visits were handled, I'm feeling an obligation to speak up about some of these experiences and concerns, as an unbiased review. As it has been relayed to me, these experiences include;
A rude manner with patients, apathetic attitude and derrogatory language and insinuations. Unproffesional feel to being 'handled' Investigations and using testing for proper diagnosis of conditon rate as unthorough, left feeling that there was a point in going to that appointment. Poor timing ie, regularly over waiting appointment start time of 45 mins +,
