I’m not one to make many reviews and if I do they are usually from a bad experience but I couldn’t not share my experience at beerwah surgery. Since my daughter was born (now 1) every receptionist and doctor has treated our family with so much respect and made us feel welcome. My daughter is unfortunately a sick baby and very prone to respiratory infections which means we are there almost every second week. The receptionists help me with bub if I’m on my own or if I need to see a gp for myself. They always fit us in, sometimes straight away if we require an emergency appointment. As a young family with a sick child it can be so overwhelming but every single member of staff makes us feel heard and supports not only our child but my partner and myself too. I seriously can’t thank them enough. I’m so appreciative of what they do for us I literally travel from morayfield to beerwah because I’ve finally found an amazing doctors surgery!

Dr Sargent is the most arrogant and heartless doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He took one look at my file and had already decided he wouldn’t help me before he even met me. I left his office in tears. I was literally crying out for help and he couldn’t care less. Would NOT recommend to anybody who needs medical help because he will treat you with so much condescension, have no empathy for your situation and you will walk out of his office feeling worse than when you walked in.

This place offers excellent and compassionate service. The reception staff are caring and efficient. The doctors at this surgery are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for your “forever doctor” come here!

This is a good place for families. We've only seen a few doctors here, but each of them have been friendly, offer practical advice and are good with small children.
