I have seen Chris for anxiety & panic attacks this year, he gave me the tools I needed to control my issues.
Very supportive, caring & calming. Reception staff are lovely & helpful too.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed too.

I am a former client of Chris, and he is caring, straight up and very insightful. Does his job with extreme professionalism. To those who say differently, well not everyone has free time, he like all staff there are extremely busy and I'm sure Chris and the team would apologise sincerely for any inconvience incurred. But each to their own.

This service is highly recommended by myself and my daughter who also currently uses this service provider.

Really highly recommend Tracey Molenaar. She is compassionate, caring, Insightful and an excellent Counsellor. Wouldn’t hesitate too go to her again if the opportunity arises. She is an excellent grief and loss Counsellor as well. Helped me so much after the death of my mum. Thanks Tracey!!

Psychologist Chris is a nice man and I found him full of wisdom in our individual two sessions.

But I lost trust in him when he didn't give me notice and said he would have to cut our 1st marriage counselling session short due to having an unexpected court session the next morning.

The session was 45 min at 415pm. What would be therapeutic in cutting it short? I went to the hassle of getting to the session with my husband and 18mo who he was aware was coming. It was obvious he wanted to cancel the session so we obliged and he rescheduled a session 2 weeks later that I have now on further thought cancelled. Why not notify us earlier in the day? Why leave us in the waiting room for 15 min? I sincerely hope his business does not try and charge my employer for his cancelled session.

The other psychologist, Eleanor, answered the reception phone on a few occasions and I found her phone manner abrupt and unfriendly. Not ideal for people wanting help with their mental health.

The office is depressing and windowless and the bora holed window sills are covered in white stickers.

Hope to find another psychologist and am lucky enough that my employer offers 6 sessions payed for a year.
