Had an appointment for 4.20pm…..arrived at 4.22pm to find the doors all closed up! Had to tried to call the surgery at 4.15pm only to get a recording to say the surgery was closed. After a few minutes of standing there (4.25pm) we saw the receptionist head and knocked on the window. She proceeded to come out the side door and I showed her my confirmation message for my appointment to her reply “yep the doctor left cause we assumed you were not coming cause you were late” 2 MINUTES LATE I might add and with this she walks off and back inside!!!! Your attitude was absolutely disgusting and I can tell you now you shut earlier than my appointment!! Will be reporting this incident higher! Would give this place no stars if it was allowed

I visited this family practice to get a script for my blood pressure medication, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked empathy towards patients. Instead of offering any help, her attitude was essentially, “You’ll need to go to another doctor in town.”

All I needed was assistance with my blood pressure—a basic request that should have been handled with care and professionalism. Instead, I was met with indifference.

I would never recommend this clinic to any of my family, especially since it claims to be a "family practice." The lack of compassion and support is appalling. If I were to have a stroke, it seems like this receptionist wouldn’t care at all.

Patients deserve better treatment than this.

Great to have a well-run, bulk-billed practice in town where you can get in to see your gp within 24 hrs! But more than that, Dr Hani is a phenomenal practitioner. She is so knowledgeable and patient and never looks at me sideways when I come in with a laundry list of topics I’d like to discuss in my appointments. She listens and addresses each of my concerns. Cannot recommend her enough. She was made to be a doctor and I’m grateful she chose GP.

I have had very varying experiences at this surgery, from two different doctors telling me I was lying about taking a medication (because they couldn't figure out a simple diagnosis that a quick google search could) They also left my symptoms of a 169bpm resting heart rate untreated!, to today where at a catch up immunisation appointment for my child her doctor got an attitude because I declined a none mandatory vaccination that I was given no information about and i got no aftercare instruction or information. I also asked some advice about feeding and was pretty much shamed by the doctor for still breastfeeding my child at 10 months old and struggling to get solid food into her (the question was advice on how to get her to eat when she is refusing everything!) No advice was given just try harder. Really disappointing - im a nurse who has worked in a doctors surgery and im actually disgusted. The only reason I'd even give 1 star is because the reception staff have always been lovely and some of the nurses also. I wouldn't recommend this Doctors surgery for anything other than a sick note or a script.

The care I have received from the staff at Beaudesert Family Practice, has been above and beyond. The doctor listens to your concerns without rushing you along, and is quick to address any health problems with professionalism and skill. As a result my quality of life has returned, all thanks to the caring professional staff of Beaudesert Family Practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring doctor to attend this clinic

Borderline useless, came in with mutiple rib fractures for some pain relief, told to take 2 a day and given a script for just 3 single tablets, and told to come in the next day for another appointment for more, what another days worth? I work everyday so that’s beyond an inconvenience, doctor has no idea what’s she’s doing, an absolute joke, and expect to wait at least 20 - 30mins past your scheduled appointment time too. Hands down the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. Not the only person whose had the worst experience here, will be reporting to medical board like so many others, stay away from this one.
