Well...
Had telehealth appointment booked and no doctor bothered to ring (was advised by staff to source my own script using third party online provider)
Now in person appointment cancelled by them within 4hrs as doctor isn't in

Treated by Doctor Sing Seng Lee, terrible experience, Suffered an injury surfing, No anti inflammation medication prescribed, no break down on best practices of recovery, yesterday had a phone consultation that was supposed to be at 245pm, He called at 202pm Consultation lasted 2mins then he hung up one me after he was supposed to put me on hold. I had to physically drive down to the practice and thankfully the receptionist was kind enough to have my Xrays and CT scan compiled together for me. I won't disclose what was discussed at the desk. But I kindly assured her that I'll be taking the results else where to get the advice and treatment needed. I have attended the practice for many years. Not once have I ever been rude or unkind to anyone. And I'm not slandering The front desk or any of the other doctors nor pathology staff. But the doctor mentioned should have studied interpersonal skills during his tenure at university. Won't be back. Ever.

THE ONLY WORD I CAN USE IS NEGLECT. My partner went to this practice clearly displaying signs of serious illness such as Jaundice skin, lethargic, soreness all over and pain ,doctor did absolutely nothing about it , went to look for Google medications over the counter in front of him , and sent him home , a week later he was diagnosed with MYELOMA ( CANCER IN THE BLOOD) he had no kidney function and he needed a blood test asap .
Thank you for ignoring amd neglecting my partner he could be dead by now thanks to you .

The Receptionist’s are always welcoming and polite. I’ve seen two doctors at this medical centre and both are thorough, take their time and show compassion and understanding. They’ve helped me a lot! Also highly recommend the physiotherapist here as well!

A special shout out to the wonderful Nat (receptionist) who booked me in last minute when I was really unwell and needed an appointment asap! I'm sure your job cannot be easy. Very lucky to have some truly amazing members to the team. Thank you!

I'm surprised by the number of one star reviews that this practice has received. Across the 4 years I have been attending I have never had any significant problems and what I have has been trivial and easily outweighed by the quality of the care particularly from Dr Singh.

Would say I am surprised at the number of people who book online and then arrive at say 8:00am for an 8:00pm appointment but that is a user error and something most competent internet users should be able to avoid. HealthEngine for example is clear what time you are booking, sends you a confirmation email and then a txt 60 minutes before - simples

I decided to try out this medical centre as it is local to me. The first appointment was as expected for a doctors appointment to be. From then on it went down hill. After having some tests done it has taken the best part of 3 weeks to get an appointment(not for the lack of trying)I have had at least 5 appointments booked through their online system cancelled in under 24 hrs by the centre due to the doctor not being available. I finally got an appointment with an alternate doctor, who was absolutely no help and clearly hadn’t read my file notes from my previous visit prior to my appointment. Not only did she leave the door open. She then gave me a repeat prescription but that was also incorrect. I left still not having answers to my original concerns raised with the first doctor. I asked for copies of my results and there are several recommendations within them that were not raised. Will not be returning for further appointments and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to either!

There has been numerous issues when attending this medical centre. But today took the cake when we missed our app due to ending up in hospital and not having a moment to call and cancel my app. Therefore I get a msg regarding it so I call to apologise and explained the situation, the receptionist on the phone had absolutely no compassion what so ever and was extremely rude and more concerned about my missed app. I will NEVER be attending this medical centre EVER again absolutely had enough!
