Dr Sri is a gentleman and a very thorough doctor. He is professional, kind and considerate. If he suspects something, he will test for it and then treat you appropriately. I find him very intuitive. He’s pro-active and informs ways to help yourself keep healthy too, which is important. My husband and I really like him. We find the reception ladies very friendly and helpful.

I was staying temporarily in the area & I needed to see a GP after a bad experience with our Hospital Care after a wrist break.

Dr. Hooman was outstanding with his care & I really appreciated his time. I was aware that I’d taken more than my allocated time due to being upset & in SO much distress with do much to share in relation to the extremely stressful medical journey I’d had.

I expressed to Dr. Hooman that I was willing to pay additional fee however he kindly reassured me it was ok & not to worry. He was so supportive & caring.

As I checked with receptionist on my way out as I always do purely out of respect, a particular staff member was extremely abrupt & SO rude! I was so shocked by her attitude & rudeness!

The same staff member on my arrival was NOT at all polite or welcoming towards me! I felt unwelcome!

As I stood at reception at a loss for me to understand such POOR, immature, unprofessional, totally UNACCEPTABLE behaviour & attitude towards anyone!

She looked up & in a very hostile tone expressed to me “I TOLD YOU IT WAS A SHORY CONSULT! YOU TOOK WAY TOO MUCH TIME”! At this stage I just looked at her, speechless at that point, choosing my words & not lowering myself to her level, as I have NO time or energy to ALLOW such appalling, bad behaviour to upset me in life!

My comment to her was “did you feel the need to say this”? Honestly, as a person who should be GRATEFUL for her job! In my opinion she should just DO her job & do it well with RESPECT!

I turned to leave as I really had NO words or time to enter into such toxicity!

She added “DON’T COME BACK”!

I had already planned to NEVER return due to the disgraceful behaviour of this human! How dare she!

WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!

Thank you Dr. Human however I suggest immediate training with a final warning for your DISGUSTING staff member!

I had a respiratory condition which ended up being diagnosed as atypical pneumonia and the centre saw me straight away without any delays. I got the help I needed. All the staff were comforting, helpful and supportive. I do recommend this centre

Dr Sri is the best doctor I have ever seen. Very thorough and actually listens and explains everything to you. I'm not a fan of the other doctors but he is amazing. I still see him even though I've moved to Brisbane. Do expect to wait as they never run on time but seeing a good doctor is worth it.

Both Sri and Ali are amazing, so thorough and easy to talk to about anything, never dismissive or judgemental. Time waiting for appointments may be annoying but when you experience how attentive they are you can understand why they are often late. For me! that is worth the wait as they always give you time. Very happy and have been for years.

Avoid: Dr O'Hagan
She is judgemental, critical and doesn't investigate patient concerns. She spent a half hour lecturing me about my ovaries. Then told me that I didn't need exercise to be healthy. I was so annoyed I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman.

Top Doc: Dr Sri
He investigates and suggests tests that lead to correct diagnosis and is very personable. He presents information clearly, gives print outs, makes referrals where required and makes sure you are comfortable as a patient. Totally amazing.

Time management between doctors and staff is very poor, a wait time of a hour from original appointment seems to be normal here.

Ontop of this new dr (asimanogi o'hagen ) on initial consultation acted stressed and rushed.
She had no intentions in listening to why i made the appoitment, she spoke down to me and treated me as if i was stupid.
She should be revoked of her duty as there is no care.

But As a regular client of Dr sri, i must say he is flawless and has always given me the time of day to explain what is wrong. As he also explains every situation to me.

Doctors are friendly and helpful. Only down side to the clinic is management as I have always had to wait 45 plus minutes for an appointment. If you work and need your appointment to run on time I would not recommend this practice. Expect any visit to take 2 hours.
