The Staff are very well informed and always very helpful and friendly. They have a great range of products at comparable prices. New chemist is fantastic. Provides NDS services when the previous owner refused. Very friendly and helpful. Nice to see the staff finally treated well. Thank goodness Beachmere finally has a chemist who isn’t a bigot.

On holiday from Perth, Western Australia and needed a prescription filled. I had no transport and as I was staying in Beachmere I rang the chemist and they went above and beyond to help me and even delivered my prescription to my door. Thanks to all the staff much appreciated.

I rang the pharmacy to order medication packs for a client and was horrified about the rudeness of the manager/owner Chris. I then did not know who I was speaking to since he did not introduce himself. He used strong words when I explained my request, told me he knew my voice, don't know what he meant by that since I do not recall calling the pharmacy before. he also spoke rudely about my client. He then hung up the phone on me.
I decided to call back and put in a complaint. When I rang back and asked to speak to the manager I was put through to the same person who still did not introduce himself. He then told me to get a life and hung up.
I will never buy anything from this pharmacy and not recommend it to anyone! I understand that we all have bad days sometimes. But never ever should we speak to anyone like that. I felt humiliated and shaken.

Staff are great, service is great, heaps of parking. They use medadvisor so I can use escripts, order.and pay online so I walk in and pick it up.
Can't think of anything negative at all.
