I’ve only ever seen a couple of doctors over the last 20+ years. Dr Ralph Smallhorn (now retired) was the best of the best
In recent times I’ve been seeing Beach Medical Clinic
Not any longer - they sacked me. Have to find someone else
Going forward I’m discussing the issue with a couple of complaint areas (RACGP), the industry ombudsman and submitting a claim with QCAT. They picked on the wrong person.

Dr Nina and Dr Mal are the best I’ve been going to this clinic for years . The reception staff you cannot fault and are very compassionate towards all clients If you have a fear of needles when it comes to blood test the lady there is the best !!

After dealing with 2 other nearby clinics, it is SO nice to have a doctor (Nina) actually care about my ongoing medical and mental health care. I feel like I have a safe place to discuss my issues without being dismissed or rushed. I feel like I have someone in my corner, not just someone who will write scripts or require more blood tests.

Appalling time management and are ALWAYS waiting 45 minutes plus from your supposed booking time. The receptionist is abrupt rude and doesn't care how long you wait her name starts with S can't remember her name. No people skills one of the doctors hasn't even heard of VRE before and they call themselves a medical practice ba ha ha ha
