I had to rate it with 1 star to advise people that I had my 1st and last visit as a new patient. Staff and Doctors are not professional but completely bloody rude and up themselves. They have actually set my healing process backwards. Mal practice lawsuit here it comes. Go to Coffs Harbour hospital if you need help. Staying with Beach Street Medical Woolgoolga you are sure to have a faster demise. Please take this comment very seriously.

Right from calling this clinic for an appointment yesterday I was meet with friendly service and although they were unable to provide me an appointment then, I was offered a call back if an appointment became available ,and an appointment was made for this morning 9am.
I have to say My experience at this clinic was awsome.
Again meet by very friendly staff and the Dr my appointment was with made me feel at ease from the start.
Thank You Dr Jacques for your efficiency.
