Relax - Rejuvenate - Awaken is what I experienced at Beach Health Retreat. The personal one on one Treatment and program designed for me was exactly what I was looking for I chose the week stay. Ian & Deb the most wonderful Professional Hosts they truly put together the most amazing program for me with pure guidance daily.. Accommodation is modern private spacious apartment on the beach with beautiful grounds and gardens. Counselling from Deb helped me understand what's been holding me back she dug deep and pulled out baggage I feel so much lighter thank you. No Counselor has ever been able to help me. Yoga, Ayurveda oil massage (enlightening Ian), detox, sauna, spa, meditation on the beach at sunrise. Deb makes the most delicious, nutritious vegetarian food from the garden to the plate delivered to you 3 times a day. Take home techniques to keep you on track. I'll definitely be back. Highly Recommended.

Everything at this retreat was amazing, relaxing, and refreshing. Organic food, the people, the water and beautiful landscape where phenomenal. Being a well-traveled person there's not very many places you find that type of serenity. This is one of my favorite spots and I plan to return soon. When I left every part of my being was regenerated, and though there were many other aspects my favorite was a simple beauty of all of it.
Meditation, healthy eating, Gardens, water, landscape, the people, and the spa. I am overcome.

'everything was just what i needed. A lovely private apartment to relax. The yoga is great, the counselling has really helped me and things seem a lot clearer. Was really worthwhile and i througoughly recommend to anyone considering a retreat
