Useless realestate. Allowed an unliveable dirty filthy house that needs repairs done left right and centre to be rented out to a couple that had no where to live because of the rental crisis. They toke advantage of these people that are yet again homeless because the house is unliveable. I have just seen all the photos of the house before they had a cleaner go through in the last day or two and then photos of the clean house. And even clean you can tell that legally no person/s should live there. Do better.

Overall I found their communications skills lacking following the departure of Shane. Settlement day is an example , no report of how the final inspection went or even a phone call / brief message to say thanks for the business. Maybe I expected too much for ONLY $15,000.

Donna at BDR was very helpfully she was only too welling to accommodate us as we were o my in the area for a few days, Donna showed us some lovely homes in Burrum Heads.

Pathetic real estate ,ask for rental inspection 4 days ago ,no phone calls back ,this is the 3rd time in 3 years in burrum ,wouldn't go back to them ever again ,to much trouble for them I guess
