Had dr Jane and wouldn’t recommend asked irrelevant questions that she had no right to asked and had nothing to do with why I was there. Came across rude and disrespectful and was very judgmental & wonder why women don’t feel safe and comfortable to speak up about their reproductive health. Because women like that sit there and judge telling you what you should do with your body.

I saw Dr Rachel Ng as a referral from a local fb group. One more Doctor that convinced me empathy no longer exists in this profession, it’s all about, getting you in & out in record time & charging you the maximum amount of money. When your patient is crying, if you’re going to ignore them, the least you can do is hand them a tissue, especially when they are right beside your hand.

We waited for over 20 mins for our appointment, when my partner and I finally got in to see the doctor, we had our appointment cut short after 10 minutes, where the doctor said she only had 15 minutes allocated for our appointment and we needed to make another appointment to discuss other issues.

The doctor (Rachel) left the appointment on 2 seperate occasions due to phone calls to speak to other patients.

It took a lot to get my partner to go to the doctors and we didn’t get to cover all our issues, it will now be difficult to get him to go back.

We will not be going back, nor would we encourage anyone else to.

My first visit to Bayside Medical was a breeze. Staff were very friendly & helpful & Doctor Jane was very helpful, competent & even had a lovely sense of humour. Cost was not excessive like some & claim back from Medicare was done at the same time with a push of a button. Pleasant experience all in all for a doctors surgery. 😀

Until recently I did not have or need for a regular doctor. But at my age , it seemed I should have regular check ups. The Service, Care and Support I have received from the staff, nurse and Doctor I see at Baywest has been great. The tests are explained , as to why they are needed. The information regarding medication and why it’s needed and what it will accomplish has been well explained and is of great assistance. I am much healthier for their care.
