Lack of professionalism amongst receptionists
You are told they dont take appointments and asked to walk-in. When you go after taking day off at work, they will tell you Dr won’t take any patient without booking.Did my tests there, still waiting for my reports since 10days. Always told call tomorrow.I can’t even go to another GP as they are holding my reports. Very unethical practice.

I called yesterday Saturday to book an appointment for my daughter, got told by the receptionist to call on the day i wanted to come in i told her that ive never been there before she assured me it was fine to call next day , so i called today to book an appointment only to be told that the dr doesn’t see new patients when i told the receptionist what i was told she said sorry the lady was new !!!
So disappointing as now i have to wait till monday to get my daughter to see another doctor coz i was relying with seeing dr hany .

very good he saved my life. i had my body cut in half from an acciendent and he saved me forever, i will always have gratitude for dr hany b ! by the way he sewed my legs back on
