Rude receptionist Sapana Khadka , lack of customer service skills, long waiting time 3 hours minimum after your appointment time, misplaces queue and when asks what happened, confront staff to argue with customer as they put someone they know in front or call to go see doctor before someone waiting already and same as Doctors. Very disappointing

Never go back in this centre . Totally waste of time wait more than 1 hrs. Me and my frns when there , omg the ways of they speak the receptionist is ridiculous no scene how to speak with patient . No point of booking . Totally waste of time? I don’t about doctor but we cancel our appointment and leave . Plz be aware about the timing if you are have booking or have appointment

If it werent for Dr Mazhar i wouldnt bother coming back- Tracy the receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful- lacks basic manners and empathy completely. For a person her age, that is indeed shameful.

I asked to see any doctor in this Bay Healthcare and could not help me with any treatment and I asked to see an other doctor and the receptionist asked me what do I need I said what do you mean.She was trying to act like a doctor I said mind your business if your not a doctor so I walk out untreated the doctor i seen said there's no such thing called treatment for anxiety what a day all those doctors are afraid to write up a script

Please save yourself from this doctor. If u make an appointment with them, you have to wait at least 2 hours before the doctors call u. It is an absolute joke. I went here 4-5 times and not once did they call me at the correct time that I took my appointment. I don't know what the doctors do but it's not funny. They make u wait 2-3 hours every single time.
