Called the surgery to see if they are taking new patients. Lady on the recption was rude and sounded like she didnt want to be there. Not a good first impresion. Makes me not want to attend this clinic which is a shame as ive heard good things about the Drs

Really great clinic. They fit us in within the day even though we’d never been before. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Hamidi was absolutely amazing. Very thorough, took his time with my little one and seemed very experienced with babies. He really went the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend him enough, I wish we lived closer so she could go there more often! Very impressed with the level of care we received.

Fast and efficient. Great doctor who has done more for me in one visit than the last doctor did in a year! Thanks for accepting new patients, I was sick of waiting 2 months for an appointment. This doctor saw me straight away. This is now my permanent doctor. Keep up the great work!

Father had to wait over 2 hours after appointment time as receptionist forgot to mark him in.after asking why he was rudely told to sit and when he questioned the doctor he said it happens all the time

Refused to approve a driver's licence renewal but did bother to find out or follow up how my elderly mother with no support close by would go to the shops to buy food or get to dr's appts.

Great friendly service, both Jeremy and melody are amazing at their jobs and very helpful. Great communication. Dr Hamidis care has been flawless . Some more on-site nurse availability would be helpful with overall service, but understandably, there is staff shortages everywhere.

Jeremy is always so friendly and helpful, always greets you with a smile. I always make early appts so never have to wait too long. Dr Hamidi is an excellent doctor, always going above and beyond to help you get whatever you need sorted. He will whatever calls are necessary to solve problems or find out more information. The practice overall is fantastic.
