I booked a Telehealth appointment as I could not find an available face to face appointment in the near future. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later from Anj Palmer allotting me a face to face later the same day. Great service. Thank you for your follow up.

So, usually, I get a reminder text from the clinic the day beforethe appointment. But this time, I got nothing! Next thing I know, I receive a text saying we missed the appointment.

I called them up to explain that we didn’t even know there was an appointment scheduled because we never got any notifications. The lady Anjali Palmer was incredibly rude and blamed everything on me. She sounded so arrogant and angry, even saying things like "this is private clinic”

When I tried to reschedule another appointment, she flat-out told me there were no slots available with such attitude. How can someone talk like that and expect me to be polite? Even when I offered to pay any fines for missing the appointment due to their lack of communication! It was all just nonsense.

Exceptionally helpful with regards to managing & assisting me with managing my mum's health & wellbeing, as I no longer live in Katherine. This practice has gone beyond in helping us out with appointments, health care, information & customer service. Always a pleasure to visit when I'm in Katherine, exceptionally clean premises & devoted front counter staff, doctors & nurses.

First time visiting the clinic and Dr Christopher Muirhead. The clinic was well presented and reception was a pleasant experience, my bill explained and payment sorted easily. Dr Chris, was probably one of the best doctor's I have encountered...my appointment was not rushed and my concerns thoroughly covered by a compassionate man, who you could tell was concerned for my well being. As I said, first time...but won't be last, I am now confident to attend a practice in Katherine.

We are so very lucky as a remote regional centre to have access to highly competent Doctors and other medical practitioners which work at Bauhinia Health. They have provided my family health care, support and assistance at our most difficult times.
It is upsetting to witness other patients treat these wonderful people with disrespect. They work hard, they deliver a quality service and they are here in our town. Thank you to all the staff of Bauhinia Health.

Always sensitive to the needs of the patient, inclusive and fair service always happy to keep communication between doctor and patient open and transparent. Very helpful with other allied health services available and kind and generous to patient re billing willing to give time to pay if your a regular patient:) will always use them while I’m a resident of Katherine.

Whilst I understand that the practice is trying its best, I want to know why they feel that they can tell someone "to just put their mother in a nursing home" simply because they cant organise appropriate scripts ?that is absolutely unethical to say the least!
