I was booked in for a total hip replacement at BPH and from the moment I arrived at reception all I had was happy, positive helpful staff... from cleaners..kitchen hands.. nurses to surgeons they were fantastic. After surgery...I got 100 percent wonderful attention until I was discharged. Highly recommend BPH.

A great hospital, I was in here for a day surgery, overnight stay last night, removal of hardware from my wrecked elbow, the staff and Dr were awesome, friendly, courteous and caring.

The hospital is an example of why private hospitals are important for Australia and what role they can play in health care. The extra money is worth it for the comfort provided. The lack of critical care medicine is a concern but doesn't take away from the experience
