Thank you to all staff who cared for me yesterday. From the moment of (Covid pandemic induced QR coded) entry, to my discharge 6 hours later, I felt safe, reassured & very well cared for.

We've been here for 3 hours. Excellent review by nurse Chris on arrival. Just saw Dr now. He said x-ray should have been done hours ago. What is happening here?
