First time to this centre ,booked in for skin cancer check up. They booked me in with a GP not with the skin cancer specialist,
Dr Bruce Macauley said he would see me anyway, which I was very glad about . He was very thorough and very professional.
The receptionist was apologetic about the mistake ,but not her fault.
Very pleased about their professionalism
Would recommend them anytime

The medical practice is by far and away the best I've ever been to. My personal doctor, Dr Bruce Macauley is absolutely amazing! He's empathetic, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and just an amazing human being. Obviously, I can't recommend Bateau Bay medical Centre highly enough.

Professional and caring doctors and nurses. Always feel comfortable with visits to the Centre. Admin are very courteous and efficient. Have found this always to be a great Medical Centre for both Health problems and skin checks and treatments.

I really appreciate Bay Village Medical Centre. The doctors genuinely care about your health and well-being and allow you time to address your healthcare needs and treatment options. The choice for healthcare for me and my family was an easy one, the admin and nursing staff are also very friendly and accommodating making each visit a pleasant experience.
