Open with no staff at front desk and no doctors. What’s the point!

I (sadly) have to go here a lot, waiting times can be quite extensive, longest I've had to wait is 2 hours; however, the doctors are pretty good depending on who you see. I personally recommend doctor Chu or Dr Mina as they're very concise and helpful; Dr Peter is very good too, but always feel quite rushed with him. These doctors are bulk billed, and due to this it can be difficult to get an appointment as they are always booked out.

Seamless. Made a booking and parked car found plenty of space. Reception was kind and friendly. Forms were easy to complete. Consult was exactly what I needed. Bonus that pharmacy was next door for my prescription. Thank you ?

They mostly only have 1 doctor on for the day and sometimes no doctor at all for the day...
Not worth going to most times you need a dr.

27 Dec 2024. Clean. Polite receptionist who booked us an appt. We went and had coffee while we waited. Just 1hr. Then returned and was seen within 15 min. It was very busy. Has a pathology service which we also used while we waited. If you can make an appt its reccommended then you can come back

The receptionist was very rude and is racist spoke to me on a poor manner and treats patients differently they caused me anxiety and don’t recommend it

Arrived for my appointment and the receptionist is on her phone looking at
selfies she has taken. I wait patiently for a couple minutes giving her the benefit that
She hasn’t noticed me then make some noise so she can see me. She turns and says won’t be long and keeps scrolling through her photos! Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Typical for this surgery tho, I’ve only heard terrible things about this place. Then the wait times. No emergency as i was there watching patients come in and out. The Dr finally saw me over an hr and a half pass my appointment time.
Absolutely rubbish service and care factor from the Dr was zero! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABOUT TO DIE & even then, I would say go elsewhere!

It says walk in clinic no appointments required however I just walked in and was told they not seeing any new patients this week ? even though they had 4 doctors available very disappointed ?....
