It is my first experience here ,the staff were so helpful. and I can easily say it was easy to make an appointment either through phone call or face to face .they accept all referrals .Easy to access through Cann st. you can park on the street or the car park located at the same building entry through Cann st. The main entrance is through Cann St.

Lovely receptionist, lovely ultrasound tech and lovely man who does the x rays/ CT! I have chronic illnesses so I visit a lot and they always make me feel comfortable even being a bigger person, always run on time and very kind people. It’s my go to place. You treat them with respect they treat you the same way like they are humans lol Hard to find good company in bass hill, this place always goes above and beyond for me as a Patient. No complaints what so ever !
I see the receptionist deal with so many abusive people because they think they are better than everyone else ! Hats off to her, I wouldn’t have the patience.

I have come to this place multiple times, and have always left happy. The sonographer was always professional and compassionate during my ultrasounds. She regularly stopped to ask if I was okay. The centre is also quieter than other places which means I didn’t wait long for my name to be called. I definitely recommend and will continue to go here.

Rude manager but I can't say anything because apparently were all not patients. I guess you as a manager can decide on that.
A little advice. A good manager would take accountability of the practice being respectful making a patient feel heard and understood. Rather than diverting.

If I could review with 0 stars I will!
Worst imaging centre ever.
Unprofessional and inexperienced receptionist.
Unprepared Sonographer and not capable of doing her job.
Most horrible chief in charge.

They are liars and don’t know what they are doing.
I arrived on time for starters and claimed that I arrived late! Thank god for cameras hey.

They also stuffed around with me multiple times and then after a forty minute wait told me that they have to RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT.

I had to do a twelve week pregnancy scan which is important to do and they obviously know that.
They wasted my time and saw how annoyed, upset and angry I got.

I also mentioned to them I had to come in during my own work and break time and had to be back on a certain time frame.

Absolutely disgusting service, the practice manager even shut the phone in my face while I was talking. They discriminated my child and I am shocked beyond words.
