I can not praise this practice enough! From the kind efficiency of the practice staff who are so friendly & helpful, the lovely nurse who fitted my son’s heart monitor with a wonderful sense of humour to the incredibly thorough Doctor who was doesn’t rush through any appointment making you feel heard & understood. I am so grateful for the care you’ve given our family over the past few weeks. You didn’t deny my 2 teenage children care when not even our regular practice would help at either of their two facilities. I will happily travel the 40 minute drive to receive the level of care you offer. Well done & thank you, your team are a credit to you.

After each appointment I am left shocked with the manner of staff, particularly the practice manager. As an example, today after not being advised masks were mandatory inside the Centre, I was told to wait outside in the cold & rainy weather with my newborn as I didn't have a mask. The doctors at this Centre are fine but after every visit I consider moving elsewhere due to the appalling treatment of staff to patients and am aware of friends and clients who have experienced the same.

I was staying in this area just for a few nights. Called this medical centre after calling about 5 others ( either fully booked or they didn't take on new patients) and the receptionist was able to make a appointment for me.
When I arrived there was no wait time and the Dr that I saw was great! Very thorough and informative.
I would recommend this Medical centre.

Decided to go back to this medical centre Dr I seen is lovely .. that’s were it stops one of the the reception staff appalling ....hang the phone up on me when I was seeking medical advise . This staff member should not be in the medical profession maybe packing shelves .
I will not be going back no matter how good the Drs are .

Very welcoming pleasant staff, Drs are great it has its own nurses and pathology, would recommend as they also bulk bill.
