I do love this clinic and the doctors are quite knowledgeable. However I would suggest looking at bringing in another nurse who isn’t always absent or increasing the days the nurse can be available. I have had immunisations booked multiple times and now have had a cancellation for the third time in a row on the day of my appointment just as I’m about to walk out the door. Which now leaves me 3 weeks behind on immunisations during cold and flu season for my baby. Further availability with the nurses clinic would be appreciated and prior communication. Doctors however are quite good.

I do NOT recommend this medical practice for immunisations or to see the nurse.
I waited with my two children for 40 minutes (for a 9.10am appt) for one immunisation. I checked the app to see we hadn't even been checked in (which we did at reception when we walked in), to then be told "the nurse didn't come in today." The nurse was the only person we were booked in to see and I was never told she was not there prior to this point. He then booked us in to see the doctor. We waited another 20 minutes and at this point I then went to leave, when miraculously the doctor become available.
This doctor then tried telling me a follow up booster shot wasn't even required for my baby. After I argued the point and said yes it was, she looked it up and lo and behold I was correct. Our appt took 3 minutes.
It is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating having such poor communication. It's already hard enough taking an infant and toddler to the doctors, let alone an hours wait time first thing in the morning.
I'd suggest a new nurse with better availability.

However Dr Siddique is wonderful and always helpful/ proactive. I highly recommend him.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this clinic, I don't recommend it. My son's 12-month immunisations were cancelled three times in a row due to the nurse being "unwell." Ironically, the same nurse who's administered vaccinations in the past is frequently coughing and wiping her nose.

I also had an appointment with the female doctor, who dismissed all my concerns and misdiagnosed conjunctivitis as “hayfever.” She refused to examine suspicious lumps, saying I was "too young" (I’m 27) to have skin cancer. She arrived 45 minutes late, rushed the appointment, and ordered blood tests but wasn’t available for a follow-up for over two weeks.

The receptionist is also very unprofessional. Booking through HotDoc shows one price, but you’ll be charged $20 more at the clinic. They’re aware of this pricing discrepancy but haven’t fixed it.

The only positive experiences I had were with a male doctor, who has since mysteriously disappeared from the practice.

Save yourself the time and find another clinic.

Beware! One of the Drs here left adelaide bc he did not have a good reputation and caused more stress in the community and was not an advocate for mental health. But rather caused more problems to others in his personal life. Be weary

The staff here seem pretty good but I am really disappointed with one particular doctor that works at this clinic. She is always really rude, always running late so you're going to wait at least 45 minutes after your actual appointment time to be seen by her and gives the wrong medical advice/prescriptions. Don't waste your time and money going here.

Cannot recommend them enough! They are all so lovely and easy to get into! They understand that you want to see one doctor who you build a relationship with and always get to the bottom of the issue no matter what or how hard it is.
Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Leaving your doctor after 35yrs and moving interstate was for me a very difficult thing to do. It took me 3yrs and a couple of medical centres to finally find my doctor.. Dr Jawad Amjad in 3mths set me on a diabetes management plan that worked and I’m there, finally praise God. My BP is also the best it’s ever been, and at 71yrs I have never felt so well.
Daniel on reception is the best. His patience and people skills are exceptional.

Very helpful and friendly team. Appointments available same day. Will be even better once a few more female Drs are on board too.

Update- this occurred a couple of months ago now. I just needed to build up the confidence to write some feedback. I wasn't given any support when I brought it up to the lovely receptionist. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the female Dr very unprofessional and awkward. I had made an appointment specifically to see the female Dr for my particular issues that day only to be taken in my someone else. I asked if I could see the female Dr who I had booked in with and the Dr obliged. I could hear the disappointment down the hallway as the two Drs argued. I was sent back to the waiting room and after a while the female Dr took me in. She was very abrupt and I really was made to feel like a burden. Without going into too much detail I experienced hygiene concerns. Then an appointment to follow up was made and written on a card in her office only when I returned the next week for results I was told there was no appointment in the system. When you're already in a great deal of pain and needing help this is not the experience you need.
