Stayed here for work 10 days ...brilliant place it's immaculate and very well run. The staff are amazing couldn't be more friendly helpful and considerate..Vonny takes professionalism to another level with her efficient running of the place she values her workmates and visitors and creates a warm friendly family atmosphere.

Probably the best accommodation for FIFO work I stayed in so far. The food is incredibly good. Huge choice of different dishes at night and same for breakfast. Top notch restaurant quality. Reason for only 4 stars: Desserts need to improve. I would give them only 2-3 starts, sorry guys. Also, I mentioned 3 times that my water tap in the bathroom is leaking. Even tho I have been told 3 times that it will be fixed, nothing happened. Housekeeping, I think they forgot me 3!!! times and I had to ask to make sure my room gets cleaned. Still the best accommodation in 5 years FIFO.

Clean and new modern inheritors of the cabins.
The staff were so friendly from reception to the chefs
The food was excellent, buffet evening meal, salad bar,.
Eggs benedict available for breakfast and packed off to work with a roast beef and gravy roll.
I was here for work, so the location was not important, but it wasn't far from Gladstone itself
Will be staying here every work trip to Gladstone

5 stars to the chef and service from the #kitchen , the food served was some of the best quality meals I’ve ever had. The kind and smiley service received each day morning and night from the staff was without a doubt brilliant and helped start of a positive day for me . Thank you Kathy for the polite professional service and the management team for a pleasant experience had whilst having to work away from home. Highly recommend to other industries requiring camp accomodation in Gladstone.

Outstanding Accommodation and Staff. Stayed here for work and I rate this venue as a 100% without doubt. Can't say that for many places now days. Food was of high restaurant quality an dinning area was spotless. The whole venue was well looked after and staff couldn't be more accommodating to any request. What an INCREDIBLE stay at this Clean and Bright Accommodation!!!! Richard greeted and welcomed us Warmly and was SO Helpful, Friendly and Courteous to our Family's needs and the evening Chef hooked us up with some BRILLIANT treats to eat for the night!!!! Our kids LOVE LOVE LOVED the nice, shiny pool to swim in and the hubby and I enjoyed some beverages to go along with our food. Thank You for this Wonderful Place right near the beach!!!! We will be Back For SURE!!!!

This is my go to place now when in Gladstone for work. I tried some of the bigger hotels in town but the pools are never very inviting and often in full view of of the foyer with no privacy. I would swear this pool is heated, (the cleaner told me it isn't). It's so delightful at the end of a long day of travelling and working to swim in the warm, sparkling water. Staff are very welcoming and give the personal touch that big hotels lack. Richard in reception noted that I had stayed previously and welcomed me back. He also went out of his way to get me some shampoo. Thank you.

As far as beaches go it's basically the only one available in Gladstone so it's okay on a nice day when the tide is in for a swim otherwise out of the question, if you are in the area head to Tannum beach a bit over 20ks south it's much nicer at all times. If you have a dog there's a stretch of beach called canoe pt which is off leash and also great for children as quite shallow.
