Being generous. Seemed a nice place but staff let them down. Our 93yr old mother was admitted for respite with intent for permanent care but after 18hours was packed into an ambulance, along with her possessions (thrown into a plastic bag with her family photos) back to hospital without a phone call to any family member who could have been on site in 5 minutes. No communication to us to say there was a problem. Hospital was appalled. Family really let down.

We want to be certain our loved ones are in safe hands, and our family entrusted our dear mother with severe dementia to Caloola Court after going as far as we could ourselves after a negative event elsewhere. We were so pleased to experience the homely and interactive presence of the patients and carers in the dementia ward that faces a lovely garden and time to sit in the sunshine. Our mother only spent a short time in regular care before we then experienced palliative end of life care through caloola court and the staff were the kindest most friendliest thoughtful and attentive people. We feel very blessed. Thankyou kindly to Caloola Court for all levels of personal care offered to our family I wish to recommend that people in the community seek care here first for their loved ones as you will experience kindness and love, and offer them homely peace and loving attention. Thankyou Biji, Cathy, Katie, Jenny, Brad, Hutch and many more that we are sorry to not recall the names of at this time. God bless Caloola Court.

I would like to thanks baptist care caloola aged care on behalf of our family, for the care an support and love they give for my grandfather, who sadly passed today. They took everything into consideration with a wonderful heart which they did for him. Even offing my mother a night to stay with wonderful meals to spend with her father.
Thankyou for everything you do it takes more than a doctor or nurse to do what you all do. 💯

Dementia unit is great but I would not put my worst enemy in the nursing home. The nurses do their best but are horribly understaffed which leads to neglect!
